Hi, I am Hazel!
I am unapologetically me, proudly transgender, and a mother of two incredible kids! Also, I am pursuing my dream of becoming a writer, speaker, advocate, and/or whatever this path takes me.
As of January 2024, I can now add Published Author with the release of my book Enthusiastically Me.
While my life underwent remarkable growth through transitioning in 2021, this growth has only accelerated since. Endlessly fighting for LGBTQ+ rights, bringing awareness to gun violence, and encouraging everyone to live enthusiastically continues to keep me busy!!
I love all of it so much!! I love this life I have!!!

The genesis of this site is my desire to tell my story of become this person I love so dearly; while, also laying the foundation for others to find the same.
While the anti-trans legislation became somewhat of a focus through 2023, I continued forward on my book, which are available on the internet shelves as of January 2024!
My book covers my life from March 2018, starting on the lowest day of my life, as I was battling substance abuse and depression, ending at the end of 2021, which is the year I made my incredible discovery. Click below to find link to purchase!
